Area of support
Relationships
Patterns in relationships tend to repeat until they're understood. We look at what's really going on, and build better ways through it.
What brings people to relationship support
Relationship work covers a lot of ground: communication that keeps breaking down, recurring arguments, trust that's been shaken, feeling unheard or unseen, family dynamics, or simply wanting to understand your own patterns better before (or during) a relationship. This support is offered one-to-one, so we work with your experience of the relationship rather than in couples or family sessions.
How we work with relationship challenges
This work is individual. Sessions are one-to-one, focused on your experience of the relationship, rather than couples or family therapy. From that space, we can still work carefully with the patterns that show up between you and others.
- Mapping the pattern: most relationship difficulty follows a cycle. We identify it clearly so it stops feeling confusing or personal in the wrong way.
- Communication tools that hold up under pressure: practical scripts and structures for the conversations that usually go sideways.
- Understanding your own contribution: attachment styles, early experiences and habitual reactions often shape how we show up in relationships, and insight here creates real, lasting change.

When to seek support
If a relationship, romantic, family or friendship, is costing you more peace than it's giving you, that's worth exploring. Early, honest conversations in therapy are often easier than the ones that happen after things have been strained for years.
